Place an order:
To confirm an order, please send us order form, the production sheets are required to be provided if it is an OEM order. This production sheet is very important for us to eliminate any possible errors during production in respect to your specifications. Generally, production Sheet consists the follow information for production.

S-reen's Model Number:
If the design is chosen from s-reen's product range, s-reen's model number is required to be specified.

Product Picture:
Whether it's S-reen's design or client's own design. A picture would always helpful for understanding of the product requirements.

Order Quantity:
Specify the actual order quantity.

Body Material:
It is required to specify what materials are being used. If necessary, we can send material swatches to clients for clarification.

Color:
Pantone color is required to be provided for every element of the product (such as body material, decoration, lining.... etc.)

Logo Type:
Types of logo used in the product must be specified. There are different kinds of logo such as rubber, embroidery, screen print, metal plated.... etc.

Logo Artwork:
Logo artwork is required to be provided for each OEM logo. Artwork should also specify the Pantone code for each color. The size of the logo as well as the location must be well defined. A ketch or picture must be provided.

Sticker / Label:
For any additional stickers, client must also provide artwork, size and location of such sticker. A sketch / picture of such sticker or label is helpful.

Barcode:
If barcode is required, please specify barcode number and artwork.

Artworks:
Digital artworks can be emailed to sales@s-reen.com, preferred formats would be PDF or Adobe Photoshop.

Use date:
Shipping time has to be indicated at the time of order placement if there is a specific "use date"

Shipping port:
The destination port has to been given at the time of order placement.

Packaging:
Clients are required to provide with packaging specification at the time of order placement. The packaging specification should be included the information on individual packaging, number of pieces per inner box and number of inner box per carton.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once we bought materials. Customers have to be liable for the charges occurred prior to any cancellation.
